My responsibilities on this project were overseeing production on site to ensure that all artists and personalities were filmed, interviewing on the day to ensure the correct outputs & soundbites were captured and overseeing the filming team. It was essential that a call sheet was created to prepare the team ahead of arriving on location to make filming as efficient as possible on the day due to the event's tight schedule.
